• Create Electronic File in Skyslope
• Set up automated task reminders for contract dates
• Send purchase agreement to lender
• Management & review of all applicable documents throughout transaction
• Obtain necessary signatures
• Share fully executed documents with appropriate parties along with introductory email.
• Obtain copies of Asbuilt, Resale Certificate, COSA/DEC, Home Warranty, Repair receipts and – – –
• Appraisal if applicable.
• Request weekly updates from all parties & follow up as needed
• Send commission letter to title
• Ensure electronic file is complete at close of escrow
• Ask about additional services not listed but included!

All transactions under $100,000 will be charged on a sliding scale.
SELLER SIDE $400
• Pend in MLS
• Create Electronic File in Skyslope
• Set up automated task reminders for contract dates
• Open escrow
• Management & review of all applicable documents throughout transaction
• Obtain necessary signatures
• Share fully executed documents with appropriate parties along with introductory email.
• Order Asbuilt and Home Warranty if applicable.
• Request weekly updates from all parties & follow up as needed
• Send commission letter to title
• Send any applicable invoices to title for payment
• Ensure electronic file is complete at close of escrow
• Ask about additional services not listed but included!

• Write up offer- Send out for electronic signatures (include 1 counter

• Set up file only- Create Skyslope file and submit for broker review
• Files that DFT:
– After initial set up
– After home inspection
– After appraisal
– After file is complete
